Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These Terms govern your use of 0feedback — reviews of your own job interviews (the "Service"; "0feedback", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@0feedback.com.
These Terms apply to you, the candidate — a person who buys a review of their own job interview.
1. What the Service does
You give us a link to an online interview you are attending — right now, or at a time you choose. At that time our notetaker joins the call, records and transcribes it, and afterwards we send you a written review of how you came across: what landed, what did not, and what to do differently next time.
The notetaker does not speak, answer, or assist you during the call. It is a recorder. It appears in the participant list under a name that identifies it as a notetaker.
The review is an opinion produced by an AI model, not an assessment of your worth and not advice. It can be wrong. It does not tell you whether you got the job, and no part of it is a promise about any outcome of your job search.
2. Who may use it, and what you are responsible for
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.
- You may only bring the notetaker to a call you are yourself attending. It is for reviewing your own interview, not for recording other people's meetings.
- You are responsible for the other participants. Before the call you confirm to us that you have the right to bring a recording notetaker and will tell the other people on the call that it is recording. We record the moment you confirm this. Recording another person without a lawful basis is illegal in many places, and in some it is a criminal matter — the choice, and the consequence, are yours.
- We publish a plain-language recording notice that the notetaker links to in the call chat, so anyone on the call can read what it is and ask for the recording to be deleted.
We may refuse or stop a review if we believe it is being used to record people who have not been told; when we do, the review goes back to your balance.
3. Prices, credits and subscriptions
- A single review costs $3.50.
- A subscription costs $12.99 per month and includes 5 reviews per month; larger tiers of 10 or 15 reviews are available at the same price per review. Reviews included in a month carry over if you don't use them: at the end of the period they move to your account and stop expiring.
- Reviews you buy outright do not expire.
- When you start a review we spend your month's included reviews first and your non-expiring ones second, so nothing expires while a spendable review is sitting unused.
Payments are handled by Link, Stripe's checkout service, which sells the Service to you as merchant of record and issues your receipt. Their terms apply to the payment itself.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stops at the end of the period you have paid for, and reviews already included in that period stay usable until it ends.
4. When a review does not happen, and what we do about it
A review is spent when the notetaker joins your call. If it does not happen, you do not pay for it:
- Nobody arrives, or the link does not work — the review is returned to you and you can book again.
- We cannot tell which voice is yours. The review is about you specifically, so if the recording does not let us establish that, we say so plainly and return the review rather than guess. We do not retry automatically.
- Something breaks on our side — the review is returned. If it was paid for outright and you would rather have the money than the credit, write to us.
The recording stops after 1.5 hours. If your interview runs longer, the review is written from what was recorded up to that point, and we tell you that it was cut short.
5. Your right to change your mind
The Service is digital content delivered as a service, and it is performed at the moment your interview happens.
Once your interview has taken place, the review has been performed and cannot be undone. A review you have not used yet does not expire — it stays on your balance until you use it, and there is no time limit. A subscription you cancel stops at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the reports it already added stay yours.
Nothing here takes away a right of withdrawal or refund that the law of your country gives you.
6. Your content
You give us the interview link, optionally the job description and your résumé, and — through the notetaker — the recording of the call.
You keep everything you own. You give us permission to use this material only to produce your review and to run and support the Service. We do not sell it, we do not show it to recruiters, and we do not use it to train AI models. What we do with it in detail, who processes it and for how long, is in the Privacy Notice for interview reviews.
Your review is yours to keep, quote and share. If you share the link we generate for it, anyone with that link can read it.
7. What we do not promise
The Service is provided as it is. We do not promise that the notetaker will always join, that a call will always be transcribable, that the review will be accurate, or that using it will improve your interviews or get you a job.
Where we are liable, our liability for a review is limited to what you paid for that review — except where the law does not allow that limit, including for death or personal injury, for intent, and for gross negligence.
Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.
8. Ending it
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data (see the Privacy Notice). We may suspend or end your access if you use the Service to record people unlawfully, try to break it, or do not pay.
9. Changes, law and disputes
We may change these Terms; the date at the top is when they last changed, and a change takes effect when it is published here. We do not send announcement emails — the address you gave us is for your reviews and your account, not for our news.
These Terms do not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts available to you there.
