Privacy Notice
Last updated October 5, 2026
This notice explains what 0feedback (the "Service"; "we", "us") does with personal data. Data controller: Vadym Radionov, hello@0feedback.com.
It covers you, the person who bought a review of your own interview. If a 0feedback notetaker joined a call you were on and you did not put it there, the short recording notice is the one written for you.
1. What we collect
Because you asked for a review:
- your email address, and the sign-in links we send to it;
- the link to the interview, the time you chose and your time zone;
- optionally, the job description you paste or link to, and your résumé (the file and the text we extract from it);
- your confirmation that you may bring a recording notetaker to the call, and when you gave it.
Because the notetaker attended the call:
- the recording of the call, held by our recording provider;
- the transcript, including what other participants said;
- the review we generate, and a label for the language it is written in.
Because you paid: confirmation of payment, the amount, and what it bought. Card details never reach us — see §5.
Ordinary operation: error reports and product analytics. Analytics is cookieless and configured not to capture interview content; error reports are scrubbed of names, transcripts and request bodies.
2. Other people on your call
This is the part that deserves a plain answer.
The recording contains other people — usually the interviewer. You are the one who brought the notetaker, and under our Terms you confirmed that you may do so and that you would tell them. We do our part: the notetaker is visible in the participant list, it identifies itself as a notetaker in the call chat, and it links to a notice explaining what it is and how to have the recording deleted.
We use what they said only to write your review — the review is about you, and their words are the context that makes it possible. We do not build profiles of them, we do not keep a directory of interviewers, and we do not use their words for anything beyond your review.
Anyone on the call can write to us and ask for the recording and transcript to be deleted, and we will delete them. That is true whether or not they are our customer.
3. Why we may do this (legal bases)
- To provide the Service you bought — performing our contract with you.
- To keep the Service working and safe (error reports, abuse prevention, our own cost accounting) — our legitimate interests.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — where the law requires it.
Where we rely on your consent — for example, when you confirm you may record the call — you can withdraw it, though withdrawing it after the call cannot un-record what happened; ask us to delete instead.
4. How long we keep things
- The recording at our recording provider is deleted after its retention window (7 days) by a nightly job. The recording is not what we need afterwards — the transcript is.
- The transcript, the review, the job description and your résumé stay while your account exists, because they are what your review is made of and what lets you re-read it later.
- The account and everything in it are deleted when you delete the account yourself on your Account page, or when you ask us to.
- Payment records. Our own copy (what you bought and when) is deleted together with your account. The record that accounting and tax rules require is kept by our payment provider, who is the merchant of record for these purchases — not by us.
A call is recorded for at most 1.5 hours; beyond that the recording stops by itself.
5. Who else processes it
We use service providers who act on our instructions:
- Recall.ai — joins the call, produces the recording and transcribes it.
- Anthropic — the AI model that writes the review. Content sent to the model is not used to train it (Anthropic's Commercial Terms of Service, section B: "Anthropic may not train models on Customer Content from Services").
- Supabase and Vercel — database, file storage and hosting.
- Resend — the emails we send you.
- Link (Stripe's checkout service) — payments, acting as merchant of record. They handle your card and tax data under their own policy; we see that a payment succeeded and for how much, never your card number.
- PostHog (EU) — cookieless product analytics, configured to avoid personal data and interview content.
- Sentry — error reports, scrubbed of names, transcripts and request bodies.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your review with recruiters or employers. Nobody sees your review unless you share the link we give you.
6. Where data goes
We operate from Europe and use providers in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on the transfer safeguards our providers offer (typically standard contractual clauses).
7. Your rights
You can download a copy of your data and delete your account yourself, on your Account page. To correct something or stop a particular use of your data, write to hello@0feedback.com and we will answer.
Deleting your account deletes your reports and any reports left on your balance with it; it is not reversible, and the confirmation says so before you do it.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to a data protection authority in the country you live in.
8. Children
The Service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
The date at the top is when this notice last changed, and a change takes effect when it is published here. We do not send announcement emails: your address is used for your reviews and your account, not for our news.
